'Solidus' (Gold, 15 mm, 1.26 g, 6 h), imitating Anastasius I (491-518), uncertain mint, after 491. oNΛVΛΣTV[...]VS P P ΛVC Pearl-diademed, helmeted and cuirassed bust of Anastasius facing slightly to right, holding spear in his right hand. Rev. VICTOΛ[...]GGG / COSIO Victory standing left, holding long voided cross. Cf. SB 3 (for prototype). The flan somewhat wavy, with minor deposits and a few marks, otherwise, good fine.
